Tony Bennett is unveiling his street sign at 2 P.M., but the block party will extend beyond that time. An interactive “heart salute” to Mr. Bennett will take place at 1:15. Where: Robert Crown Memorial State Beach Park, Alameda Why: Bring your A-game, a bucket, and a shovel to Robert Crown Memorial State Beach on Sunday, because there’s a sand castle and sand sculpture contest going down.
